SKY/ BY3005-56G
Equipped with the Caliber H864, a new movement whose name derives from the 86,400 seconds in a single day. UTC rotating disc with Northern Hemisphere map which revolves once every 24 hours. Image-appropriate typeface evocative of aeronautical charts. Large hands and luminescent indexes for superior legibility. Case with conical taper for greater lightness and thinness. This is the new face of PROMASTER SKY.
Features a UTC rotating disc for telling the approximate time in the Northern Hemisphere’s major cities (world time). The number at the 6 o’clock position on the disc’s black outer ring indicates UTC time, with the disc taking 24 hours to perform a full revolution. As you look at the map, you can enjoy imagining what’s going in different times and places right now.
An atmospheric serif font that recalls the lettering of aviation and aeronautical charts is used for the numbers on the rim of the UTC rotating disc and the abbreviated city names on the rim of the dial. The typeface offers the practical benefit of enhanced legibility while also evoking the romance and allure of journeys into the unknown.
Long, wide hands and generously sized luminescent markers ensure high visibility. The screw-down crown looks imposing and prevents operator error. Safety, operability and robustness are all enhanced.
No need to replace batteries
Keeping the hands in position
For high visibility in total darkness
